Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to love what you order from Chirose Store. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, wigs and hair extensions that have been worn, altered, or removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Contact us via our Contact page or WhatsApp (+234 702 635 1321) with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm the next steps once your request is reviewed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
